باستخدام خدماتي أو إنشاء حساب، يوافق المستخدم على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وإرشادات المجتمع.
الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمر المستخدم 18 عامًا أو أكثر. إذا كان الطلب متعلقًا بخدمة تعليمية لقاصر، فيجب أن يكون مقدم الطلب والده أو والدته أو وليه أو وصيه القانوني.
دور خدماتي
خدماتي منصة وسيطة تربط المستخدمين بمقدمي خدمات مستقلين. لا توظف مقدمي الخدمات ولا تضمن قبولهم للطلبات ولا تحدد السعر النهائي المتفق عليه بين الطرفين.
مقدمو الخدمات
مقدم الخدمة مسؤول عن صحة ملفه ووصف خدمته وتوفره وخبرته والالتزامات القانونية المرتبطة بنشاطه. مراجعة أو اعتماد الملف لا تعد ضمانًا مطلقًا للهوية أو الترخيص أو الجودة ما لم تنص المنصة صراحة على تحقق محدد.
الطلبات والعروض
يمكن للمستخدمين نشر طلبات ويمكن لمقدمي الخدمات إرسال عروض أو أسعار. يحدد الطرفان نطاق الخدمة الواقعية وسعرها وموعدها ومكانها وتنفيذها. خدماتي توفر أدوات رقمية للتواصل والتنظيم ولا تصبح مقدم الخدمة الواقعية.
المدفوعات
يتم ترتيب مدفوعات الخدمات الواقعية مباشرة بين المستخدم ومقدم الخدمة عندما يكون ذلك مسموحًا. لا تشغل خدماتي حاليًا نظام دفع عام داخل التطبيق لتحصيل قيمة الخدمات الواقعية.
أي ميزة رقمية مدفوعة أو اشتراك رقمي مستقبلي منفصل عن الخدمة الواقعية يجب أن ينفذ فقط بآلية متوافقة مع متطلبات Google Play والقوانين والسياسات السارية وقت تفعيله.
الحساب والمحتوى
يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة وحماية بيانات الدخول وعدم الانتحال وعدم مشاركة كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق. يظل المستخدم مسؤولًا عن المحتوى الذي يرسله وعن امتلاكه الحقوق اللازمة لنشره.
السلوك المحظور
يحظر النشاط غير القانوني، والاحتيال، والخداع، والابتزاز، والتهديد، والتحرش، والكراهية، والاستغلال، والانتحال، والمعلومات المهنية المضللة، والرسائل المزعجة، ونشر معلومات خاصة للآخرين دون إذن، والتلاعب بالتقييمات أو البلاغات، وأي سلوك يعرض المستخدمين أو القاصرين للخطر.
السلامة والإشراف
قد توفر المنصة أدوات للإبلاغ والحظر. يجوز لفريق السلامة المخول اتخاذ إجراء متناسب، مثل التحذير أو تقييد المحتوى أو الحساب أو تعليق مقدم الخدمة.
التعليم
قد تعرض المنصة مدرسين مستقلين ودروس تقوية ودورات تعليمية كخدمات واقعية أو مباشرة. خدماتي ليست مؤسسة تعليمية ولا تمنح اعتمادًا أو شهادات ولا تعمل كمنصة تعليم إلكتروني كاملة ما لم يضاف ذلك مستقبلًا بصورة صريحة ومتوافقة مع السياسات.
مراجعة قرارات الإشراف
يمكن طلب مراجعة قرار إشراف مؤهل خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الإجراء عبر قناة الدعم المتاحة.

إخلاء وحدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون واجب التطبيق، تقدم خدماتي المنصة والأدوات الرقمية دون ضمان جودة أو قانونية أو توقيت أو نتيجة الخدمات التي يقدمها أطراف مستقلون، ولا تتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر الناتجة حصريًا عن أفعال أو إهمال المستخدمين أو مقدمي الخدمات المستقلين إلا حيث لا يجوز قانونًا استبعاد المسؤولية.
القوانين والنزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين والأنظمة السارية التي تنطبق على استخدام الخدمة وعلى الأطراف المعنية، مع احترام الحقوق الإلزامية التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها. وعند نشوء نزاع يسعى الأطراف أولًا إلى حله بصورة ودية ومباشرة متى كان ذلك مناسبًا ومسموحًا قانونًا.

By using Khadamatti or creating an account, the user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility
Users must be 18 or older. Educational services for a minor must be requested by the parent, legal guardian or legal custodian.
Role of Khadamatti
Khadamatti is an intermediary marketplace connecting users with independent service providers. It does not employ providers, guarantee acceptance of a request, or set the final price agreed between the parties.
Providers
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, service description, availability, experience and legal obligations relevant to their work. Administrative review or approval is not an absolute guarantee of identity, licensing or quality unless the platform explicitly states that a specific verification was completed.
Requests and offers
Users may post service requests and providers may submit offers or quotations. The parties agree directly on the scope, price, timing, location and performance of the real-world service. Khadamatti provides digital communication and organization tools and is not the provider of the underlying service.
Payments
Real-world service payments may be arranged directly between users and providers where permitted. Khadamatti does not currently operate a general in-app checkout for collecting payment for real-world services.
Any future paid digital feature or digital provider subscription separate from the real-world service price must be implemented only through a mechanism compliant with Google Play requirements and other applicable laws and policies in force when activated.
Accounts and content
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, avoid impersonation and never share passwords or one-time verification codes. Users remain responsible for content they submit and for having the necessary rights to submit it.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal activity, fraud, deception, extortion, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, impersonation, misleading professional information, spam, unauthorized disclosure of private information, manipulation of ratings/reports, or conduct creating unreasonable risk to users or minors is prohibited.
Safety and moderation
The platform may provide reporting and blocking tools. Authorized safety personnel may take proportionate action such as warnings, content/account restrictions or provider suspension.
Education
The platform may list independent teachers, tutoring lessons and educational courses as real-world or live services. Khadamatti is not an educational institution, does not issue accreditation or certificates, and is not a full online-learning platform unless such functionality is explicitly added later in a policy-compliant form.
Review of moderation decisions
A user may request review of an eligible moderation decision within 30 days through the available support channel.

Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Khadamatti provides the marketplace and digital tools without guaranteeing the quality, legality, timing or outcome of services supplied by independent parties, and is not responsible for losses arising solely from acts or omissions of independent users or providers except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable laws and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws and regulations that lawfully apply to the use of the service and the relevant parties, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived. Where appropriate and legally permitted, parties should first seek a direct and amicable resolution before approaching a competent authority.
