يمكن للمستخدم بدء حذف حسابه من داخل التطبيق.
قد يشمل الحذف حساب المصادقة، وبيانات الحساب والملف الخاصة، والصور والملفات التي لم تعد هناك حاجة مشروعة للاحتفاظ بها، وربط الإشعارات بالأجهزة.
إذا كان حذف سجل مشترك بالكامل سيؤثر بصورة غير مناسبة على سجل مشروع لمستخدم آخر، فقد تزال أو تستبدل الهوية المباشرة بدل حذف السجل كله، وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
يجوز الاحتفاظ فقط بالبيانات التي توجد لها حاجة قانونية أو أمنية أو مرتبطة بنزاع أو مكافحة الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام، وضمن مدد الاحتفاظ المنشورة في سياسة الخصوصية.
- البيانات النشطة للحساب: حتى 30 يومًا بعد طلب الحذف عند وجود حاجة تشغيلية مشروعة.
- النسخ الاحتياطية المحمية: حتى 90 يومًا.
- إيصال تنفيذ الحذف دون هوية مباشرة قدر الإمكان: حتى 24 شهرًا.

Users can initiate account deletion inside the app.
Deletion may include the authentication account, private account/profile data, images/files no longer legitimately needed, and notification/device mappings.
If deleting an entire shared record would improperly affect another user's legitimate record, direct identity may be removed or pseudonymized instead of deleting the entire record, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Only data with a legitimate legal, security, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention or abuse-prevention purpose may be retained, within the periods published in the Privacy Policy.
- Active account data: up to 30 days after the deletion request where a legitimate operational need remains.
- Protected backups: up to 90 days.
- Deletion execution receipt without direct identity where reasonably possible: up to 24 months.
