خدماتي منصة وسيطة تربط المستخدمين بمقدمي خدمات مستقلين لخدمات واقعية، ولا توظف مقدمي الخدمات المستقلين ولا تحدد السعر النهائي للخدمة الواقعية المتفق عليها بين المستخدم ومقدم الخدمة.
البيانات التي قد نعالجها
قد تشمل بيانات الحساب، وبيانات مقدم الخدمة، والطلبات والعروض، والرسائل والتقييمات والمراجعات، والصور أو المرفقات، وبيانات الدعم والسلامة، والبيانات التقنية اللازمة لتشغيل Firebase وFCM وApp Check وPlay Integrity، وبيانات الإعلانات عند تفعيل AdMob وUMP.
الموقع
يمكن للمستخدم إدخال منطقة أو مكان الخدمة يدويًا. إذا كانت مشاركة الموقع مفعلة في الإصدار المنشور، فلا تستخدم إلا بعد طلب الإذن وإجراء واضح من المستخدم. لا ندعي جمع الموقع الدقيق ما لم يكن ذلك مفعّلًا فعليًا.
الاستخدام
تستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحساب وإدارته، وتشغيل ملفات مقدمي الخدمات والبحث والطلبات والعروض والرسائل والإشعارات والتقييمات والمفضلة، وتقديم الدعم، ومعالجة الشكاوى والبلاغات، ومنع الاحتيال، والإشراف على المحتوى، وحذف الحساب، وتحسين الموثوقية والأداء، والوفاء بالمتطلبات القانونية السارية، وتشغيل الإعلانات عندما تكون مفعلة.
المشاركة
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. قد نشارك البيانات فقط بالقدر اللازم مع مزودي البنية التقنية، أو مستخدم آخر عند الحاجة لتنفيذ خدمة واقعية، أو خدمات Google/Firebase/AdMob المفعلة، أو فريق الدعم والسلامة المخول، أو جهة مختصة عندما يكون الإفصاح مطلوبًا قانونًا.
المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم
قد يشمل الملفات الشخصية والطلبات والعروض والرسائل والصور والتقييمات والمراجعات والبلاغات. المحتوى غير القانوني أو الاحتيالي أو المسيء أو الضار أو المخالف لإرشادات المجتمع محظور، وتتوفر أدوات للإبلاغ والحظر والإشراف حيث تكون مدعومة في الإصدار.
القاصرون
الحسابات مخصصة للأشخاص بعمر 18 عامًا أو أكثر. إذا طلب مستخدم خدمة تعليمية لقاصر فيجب أن يكون والده أو والدته أو وليه أو وصيه القانوني. لا يوفر التطبيق حسابات مستقلة موجهة للقاصرين.
الأمن
قد تشمل التدابير المصادقة، الصلاحيات حسب الأدوار، MFA للعمليات الإدارية الحساسة، App Check، قواعد قاعدة البيانات والتخزين، التحقق من الطلبات، وسجلات التدقيق. لا يمكن ضمان خلو أي نظام إلكتروني من المخاطر بصورة مطلقة.
مدد الاحتفاظ
- الحساب والملف: طوال وجود الحساب، ثم حتى 30 يومًا بعد طلب الحذف عند الحاجة التشغيلية المشروعة.
- الصور والملفات: تحذف مع الحساب أو عند انتفاء الحاجة، مع احتمال بقائها في النسخ الاحتياطية المحمية حتى نهاية دورة النسخ.
- الطلبات والعروض: حتى 24 شهرًا بعد الإغلاق أو آخر نشاط جوهري.
- الرسائل المرتبطة بالطلب: حتى 12 شهرًا بعد إغلاق الطلب، ما لم توجد شكوى أو نزاع أو ضرورة سلامة.
- الدعم والشكاوى: حتى 24 شهرًا بعد إغلاق الحالة.
- سجلات السلامة والبلاغات وإجراءات الإشراف: حتى 36 شهرًا.
- سجلات التدقيق الإداري: حتى 36 شهرًا.
- النسخ الاحتياطية المحمية: حتى 90 يومًا.
- إيصالات تنفيذ حذف الحساب دون هوية مباشرة قدر الإمكان: حتى 24 شهرًا.
حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكن للمستخدم بدء حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق. المرجع العام:

قد يشمل الحذف حساب المصادقة والبيانات الخاصة والصور والملفات وربط الإشعارات بالأجهزة. في السجلات المشتركة قد تزال الهوية المباشرة بدل حذف السجل كله عندما توجد حاجة مشروعة تتعلق بسجل مستخدم آخر أو نزاع أو سلامة.
حقوق المستخدم والتواصل
وفق القانون واجب التطبيق، يمكن للمستخدم طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو الاستفسار عن استخدام البيانات أو تقديم شكوى متعلقة بالخصوصية.

Khadamatti is an intermediary marketplace connecting users with independent providers of real-world services. It does not employ independent providers and does not set the final price of real-world services agreed between users and providers.
Information we may process
This may include account data, provider profile data, requests and offers, messages, ratings, reviews, images or attachments, support and safety data, technical data needed for Firebase/FCM/App Check/Play Integrity, and advertising data when AdMob/UMP are enabled.
Location
Users may enter a service area or place manually. If location sharing is enabled in the published release, it is used only after permission and a clear user action. We do not claim precise-location collection unless it is actually enabled.
Uses
Data may be used to operate accounts, provider profiles, discovery, requests, offers, messages, notifications, ratings and favorites; provide support; process complaints and reports; prevent fraud and abuse; moderate content; process deletion; improve reliability; comply with applicable law; and operate advertising when enabled.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only as reasonably necessary with infrastructure providers, another user where needed to complete a real-world service, enabled Google/Firebase/AdMob services, authorized support/safety personnel, or a competent authority where legally required.
User-generated content
Profiles, requests, offers, messages, images, ratings, reviews and reports may be user-generated. Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful or policy-violating content is prohibited. Reporting, blocking and moderation tools are provided where supported.
Minors
Accounts are intended for persons aged 18 or older. Educational services for a minor must be requested by a parent, legal guardian or legal custodian. The app does not provide independent accounts directed to minors.
Security
Measures may include authentication, role-based access, MFA for sensitive administrative actions, App Check, database/storage rules, request validation and audit logging. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
Retention
- Account/profile: for the life of the account and up to 30 days after a deletion request where a legitimate operational need remains.
- Images/files: deleted with the account or when no longer needed, subject to protected backup retention.
- Requests/offers: up to 24 months after closure or last material activity.
- Request-related messages: up to 12 months after request closure unless a complaint, dispute or safety need requires longer retention.
- Support/complaints: up to 24 months after case closure.
- Safety/report/moderation records: up to 36 months.
- Administrative audit logs: up to 36 months.
- Protected backups: up to 90 days.
- Account-deletion execution receipts without direct identity where reasonably possible: up to 24 months.
Account and data deletion
Users can initiate deletion inside the app. Public reference:

Deletion may include the authentication account, private profile data, images/files and notification/device mappings. Direct identity may be removed from shared records instead of deleting the whole record where there is a legitimate need related to another user's record, a dispute or safety.
